In business since 1991 – Max123 is one of the oldest IT support companies in Estonia.

The company provides a wide range of IT related services and resells hardware. It is one of the companies where customers service is taken very seriously and they have a customer satisfaction indicator on the webpage to proof it.

The task was to redesign the look of their e-commerce website. Every stage of the redesigning process was handled with main attention to the user experience.
